Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information CannaDome (“we”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CannaDome you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — managed by our authentication provider (Clerk): your email and sign-in identity.
• Grow data you create — grows, environment/nutrient/watering/harvest logs, notes, and experience level.
• Photos you upload — sent for AI analysis and stored as diagnosis records associated with your grow.
• Technical data — request metadata (method, path, status, latency) and a pseudonymous user id for security and reliability. We do not log request bodies, prompts, or secrets.

How we use it

• To provide cultivation guidance, diagnostics, journaling, and recommendations.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service (rate limiting, abuse prevention, debugging).

Processors we use

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Supabase (Postgres) — encrypted-at-rest storage of your grow data.
• Anthropic — AI analysis of the photos and prompts you submit.

Data retention & your rights

You can export all of your data or delete your account at any time from Account & Settings. Deletion permanently erases your grows, logs, diagnoses, and profile and removes your account. You may also opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell your data) via the “Do Not Sell or Share” control on the Account page.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and your preferences. We do not use advertising trackers. You can manage non-essential cookie choices from the consent banner.

Children

CannaDome is intended only for adults 21 and older.
